Celery recipe from lin chan〜まこも筍&セロリの台湾料理〜

I just got celery today and got a chance to test the recipe.

1. heat the pan, a bit olive oil on the pan, then put chopped green onion
2. when the flavor of the green onion comes out, put celery in, a bit of salt and cook it until almost through
3. put mushroom and babycorn (I usually use canned ones so it's cooked already) 調味料 : chicken powder, rice wine, a bit salt(at your preference), sugar
4. if you want the surface of veggie tastes smoothly, you can put a bit of mixture of the corn starch and water when all veggie is cooked. at the end, put just a bit of sesame oil. DONE!

台湾料理ですが、ヤングコーンは、マコモ筍で代用した方が美味しいと思います!
